playstation network account registration
Problem completing playstation@networking registration?
I have a cable broadband connection (UK – Virgin formerly Telewest). We have installed a Belkin Wireless G router and can now use the PS3 (60 GB) to browse the PS3 site in a room next to the computer and broadband connection, so presumably the connections are all working. But we can’t complete the account registration for playstation@networking: the progress line gets to the fourth dot and then hangs. Then the screen shows an error message 80710D23 (or perhaps the 0 is O).
We have tried using both a laptop and a desktop computer (both Windows XP), and using the router both wireless and wired, and the registration hangs at the same point with every variation.
Help!

i literally tried it over and over again and then it worked
