What classic PC game is this !?!?!?!?

Please help me figure this out! It was my favorite game as a child. I am 16 now and probably at least 8-10 years since I've played in some form but I remembered. As long ago if my memory of specific details are not large. If I remember well the object of the game was to maneuver your character (using the arrow keys) (or WASD / ESDF not [sure] if 2 players) and avoid red team characters. I that parts collection was the main objective. Up and down stairs I also participated. I think the game was made by Sierra. The character was white were checked (or blue if 2 players). HELP! Thanks = D. First you need to free me to respond. Also, if you can tell me where to download it or what it would be great.
