xbox ups tracking number

Can not find our Xbox package with UPS?

My husband and I send our Xbox for repair. The tracking number they gave us said it was delivered on June 16? The receipt says it was taken yesterday and put into the system at 3:45 pm …. So what do we do? Where is our package and how to find UPS if it can not find?
